With Giovanna’s Italian roots and Greg’s American heritage, their day was a beautiful fusion of cultures, set against the magical backdrop of one of Italy’s most iconic destinations. As a wedding photographer in Italy, moments like these are the heart of my craft.
One of the most moving parts of the day was seeing Giovanna’s father by her side — his presence meant the world to her. After an emotional ceremony, we slipped away for a private boat ride on Lake Como, capturing images framed by the shimmering water and soft Italian light.
Their friends and family travelled from near and far to celebrate, filling the day with warmth, laughter, and love. As evening fell, the celebration transformed into an unforgettable party, where the dance floor stayed full until the very last song.
Every glance, every embrace, every detail was a reminder of why a Lake Como wedding is so special — and why I feel so privileged to tell these love stories as a wedding photographer in Italy.
